Shipping Policy

The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy:

Domestic Shipping Policy 

Orders are typically processed within 1 – 2 business days.

The average shipping period (including the time it takes for the pharmacy to prepare the order and Overnight shipping) is typically 4-7 business days. Shipping times may be affected if one of the ordered items are in high demand or during holidays.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipments may be delayed by a few days if we are experiencing a high volume of orders. 

Expedited shipping is free on all orders.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once the tracking number for your order has been generated.


Companion is not responsible for any taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (taxes, etc.).


Companion is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Returns Policy

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of prescription products for reuse or resale, and all sales are final. However, if you feel we have made an error in the filling of your prescription, please contact us at
